A A . We will supply the Operation & Maintenance video and Manual to guide client to Operation and Maintenance Machine( easy for learn it)
B. Machine already finished installing before loading, Client no need install it again in their factory.
C .If customer request, we also can send our technician to install and train client workers, but all costs should be covered by buyer. ( including getting visa, 2-way air tickets, food. Hotel. Salary ).

Q For Paper Cup Size: Which detail cup size client should do provide before order?
A For Cup that is best for client direct express the sample cups for us checking and drawing.
If no sample cup that is client should provide below detail for our drawing:
A. The Cup Volume: For Example 100ml, 250ml Etc or 9OZ, 12OZ etc
B.The cup detailed size: Cup Top Diamter, Cup bottom Diameter and Cup Height.
C. Machine will building one size cup mould, If client need more size cups, that is client need buy more moulds, Machine can change moulds for different size cups.
D.One machine forming different size cups must require different size cup with same bottom diameter and angle which easy for changing moulds.

Q What is the difference between the Copper heater Paper Cup Machine and Ultrasonic heater Paper Cup Machine.
A The Copper Heater is only suitable for sealing the Single PE Coated Paper(for normal water or hot water) which weight is 140-250GSM
The Ultrasonic Heater is suitable for sealing the Single PE or Double PE Coated Paper (for hot water, normal water, cold water) which weight is 140-350GSM
Noted: Ultrasonic Heater Machine sealing cup the paper fan sealing parts looking better than Copper heater Machine(Sealing part be flat and smooth)
