MING YUAN
MYFQ-1300C Intelligent High Speed Slitting Rewinder Machine with speed 50-500m/min . It is mainly used to cut laminated paper, plastic film roll materials etc .It is adopted with SIEMENS PLC control system to achieve accurate and stable . Slip friction rewinding shafts which make rewinding more stably and accurately, three servo motors control transmission synchronously. Automatic web edge guider system makes paper move more straightly and accurately . Round / flat blade slitting device are applied for different materials. Built-in a vacuum-type waste edge exclusion system to absorb the waste edge out away.

2. Siemens PLC automatic meter counting, alarm and other functions; winding adopts A, B slip shaft structure
3. Unwinding adopts CCD ultrasonic edge correction method
4. Round knife/flat knife slitting waste edge automatic discharge device
5. Pneumatic automatic feeding frame structure (shaftless feeding frame structure)
6. Equipped with loading and unloading tower, unloading is simple and convenient

Rewinding Rolls and NIp Rollers
