Automatic Plastic Thermoforming Machine,This series mainly used for making different kinds of plastic trays, plastic lid and other plastic packaging products. Machine production process started from roll material feeding, double heating, forming products,punching ,cutting,products stock, Waste collection, etc. The operation is controlled by PLC with touch screen.Convenient operation, outstanding performance, low noise and high quality.

3.Servo motor controls the bottom paper feeding , with high precision and high efficiency.

Speed reducer and motor
Speed reducer is synchronized with the motion of main shaft to reduce the errors and control the speed . it is used better quality variable frequency stepless motor in machine for speed regulation.
Touch Screen
lt adopts PLC controller and touch screen (man -machine interface) all the working parameters can be set up on the control panel which is convenient for parameter setting and adjusting.(easy to operate )
Servo Motor
The plastic sheets feeding is controlled by a large servo motor to ensure feeding more accuratly and more stably .
Heating System
The heating plate unit which softens the material quickly and efficiently is adopted to ensure continuous and stable heating to reach the pressure forming temperature .
Automatic lifting and feeding unit
plastic roll lifting unit which is controlled by air cylinder and feeding unit can load and unwind the plastic roll automatically easily(Save Labor).
Punching Unit
Circular holes,crossed holes ,different options are available.

Durable Forming mould which can be customized for different sizes of production is easy to be changed . punching mould are durable and no cutting burr trou-bles.
