Cardboard machine introduction

The machine for making cardboard from a cardboard machine is similar in structure to a paper machine.

The thickness of the cardboard is due to the multi-layer combination, so the former of the board machine is composed of the same type or different shapers, and is equipped with multiple pre-presses and multiple main presses. Thin cardboard is mostly dried by multi-cylinder contact, and thick cardboard is often equipped with other drying devices. The calendered cardboard can be cut into flat sheets or re-rolled into rolls.

The board machine is classified according to the structure and type of the former and the drying section. There are single long net board machine, multi-long net board machine, long round net mixed board machine and multi-round net board machine, the latter is the most widely used.
