ZDJ-1000 High Speed Paper Plate Machine speed is 100-120 pcs/min. Paper plate size range is from 2~12 inch.It has the functions of full automatic pneumatic paper feeding, up and down mould heating forming, automatic output, constant temperature control, automatic counting and so on.Compared with the traditional paper platen machine, the new paper platen machine adopts the principle of mechanical CAM, which has the advantages of higher production speed, no air compressor support, more stable operation, less waste rate of paper and more humanized structure design.
Widely used in the production of paper or aluminum foil for the production of plates.By replacing the mold, we can produce round or square plates and plates of different specifications and shapes.

Touch Screen

Counting & Collecting System
The counting & collecting system with sorting function can Stack the finished paper plate in order which is convenient for packaging and Save the labor costs.
Paper Suck Switch
It will be more easier to control the Sucker to Suck down paper or not by the Switch (no need take out the papen)

Machine is installed with safety cover to protect the operator and make the operation safer

Hydraulic System
hydraulic oll recycling ,it requires less air and energy saving , Keep sure stable forming plate.Normal hydraulic Cylinder pressure is up to 5T to meet the requirements of different thickness paper plate forming.
it is adopted with fan cooling system to Reduce the
temperature and make it longer service life.
Conveyor System
The finished plates are transferred by the conveyor which is easier for collecting the plate
